The MAAN Institute envisions being the ultimate authority on cutting-edge strategies and techniques in the realms of diplomacy and international relations, both in Somaliland and beyond. We are determined to revolutionize the approach to foreign services in Somaliland, both now and in the future.
OUR MISSION
Our Institute is devoted to proactively researching and studying methods to create an innovative, effective, and proactive diplomatic infrastructure for the Republic of Somaliland, which we suggest renaming as "The Horn of Africa Republic". Our primary objective is strengthening Somaliland's international relations and enhancing its diplomatic influence through strategic and well-planned actions.

1. Multidisciplinary Approach - We take a practical and measurable approach to problem-solving across different sectors in Somaliland and beyond, offering short and long-term solutions through various strategies and tools.
2. Moving from abstract concepts to real-world applications - We empower the public by providing vital information and research for actionable plans that shape tomorrow's foreign policies.
3. Do-Tank - We are more than a think tank; we are a “do tank.” We provide professional expertise for decision-makers, opinion leaders, and the public, with the aim of reinventing practices in the fields of both diplomacy and foreign relations to navigate today’s challenges.
